Hey guys, the adventure with the old dozer continues. I had a
leak in the rad, brought it to the local radiator repair shop.
They did their Thing and charged me a pretty penny. I put the
rad back in and it leaked again within a matter of minutes.
Brought it back to the shop and buddy tries to tell me
something is wrong with my engine, that the thermostat
wasnt opening properly and hammering the radiator. He
fixed it again, I put it in again with a new thermostat and of
course leaking once more. Does anyone have any experience
with this? Is the core just old and at the end of its life? If a
new radiator wasnt and arm and a leg I would just buy a new
one. How about the radiator getting hammered by the engine?
Sounds like a story.
