my throttle hand lever on dash has slowly quit working, its the cross shaft where the plate connects for the hand throttle I have it out it lose where flops back in forth doesn't move the shaft my question is how does this work foot peddle and governor are on the same cross shaft I hope this makes sense Thanks for all help.
