HD3 Allis injector removal/cleaning

Forum,
Last summer I had gunk in my fuel tank. Yesterday I reassembled the cleaned injector pump and have bled the lines to injectors but am only getting one or two cylinders firing! Fuel is present but feel half the injectors are stuck? That gunk when it sets is like glue. Question is are injectors easy to remove? Any and all info is appreciated.

Each injector has two lines attached to it, the pressure line and the leak off line, undo the two lines being careful with the leak off that the tube does not twist with the nut, undo the two retaining bolts and the injector will come straight up, if stuck use a heel bar to prise it up, the injectors require to be reset if they are dismantled and that requires special equipment so it's best to take them to a fuel injection shop.

AJ,
Thanks for the info! Again this is just a guess they are stuck. I had some Seafoam in the pump when reinstalled so maybe by the time I get up north again it will dissolve some of the
brown glue like gunk. Lesson learned, use an additive to keep the gunk growth at bay!
