Intermittent no loader hydraulics until another function is moved. I know about the ball resolvers and have had valve out of machine looking for something I missed. Can a bad resolver oring on a backhoe function affect the loader valve?

One would think if an o'ring has blown it stays blown, I do not have a diagram of the hydraulic circuit for that machine so this bit of info is very general, you are saying the front loader will not function till you move a lever on the hoe, this is happing intermittently, usually the oil goes from the pump to the loader valve then to the hoe, when the loader will not function the oil is bypassing in the loader control valve and going to the hoe, when you move a lever on the hoe the oil is blocked and the loader functions, that would point to a relief valve sticking open in the loader control, nothing worse than an intermittent problem can be a right PIA to find.

I must have missed something still yet. There is just one line
with a tee that splits pressurized oil to loader valve and
backhoe valve. Load sense line comes to loader valve first
then to hoe valve so that pressure has to be ok for the
backhoe to work. Its got to be in the loader valve somewhere
I think.

As I said I do not have a drawing of the circuit, it may have a priority valve, I will try to find a drawing, I am an old hand in the repair business in the UK Cat hoes are fairly scarce, there's a few about and the early ones plumbing left a lot to be desired, if you can access the Cat SIS you may get a lead on the trouble.
