hydraulic level for a AC 615 backhoe / loader

Im restoring my 6th backhoe in 2 years ,they were all older backhoes that was sitting for years , all with alot of issues , a 4400 ford and a 4500 ford , A 2500 International and 2 old 580 Case's . So When I seen this AC 615 in the weeds I just had to take it home ,it was calling my name and just wanted to be a working piece of equipment again, Lots of good things about it . Its sits nice and high not like the fords which almost drag the ground as they are hard to get on and off a trailer. the International 2500 diesel was nice as it had 28" rear tires which made it a little higher off the ground and the 2 Case 580's which sat up a little more , so when I seen this 615 AC and it was even higher , I said now that makes sense so i took it home with me. , I even got a service manual for a 615 Industrial to help in restoring it .So I thought I would be good in the info dept but Im still not finding what I need to know in the fluid areas. I just cant figure out the Fluid levels for the shuttle ? So it is basically a AC 615 which is a D 15 industrial , later model so its a 2nd generation with the 200 cu diesel with backhoe and loader. It has a simple geared 4 speed trans and clutch . there is no reverse using the top shifter as what I understand is the trans just has the two rails inside it and not the top 3rd rail so reverse comes in when you pull the shuttle arm back So there is 2 dipm sticks , one is above the trans/rear end cavity and then one above the shuttle cavity that is in the rear end of the torqe tube . As far as hydraulics it has a front mounted pump for the backhoe and the loader and they both use the frame of the backhoe and loader to store the supply on hyd fluid. it appears that the rear end fluid is shared with the trans and then the torque tube houses the flywheel/clutch/pressure plate up front and in the rear a cavity for the hyd shuttle and power steering pump. and it has a seperate dip stick above that area which makes me believe that evidently the trans/rear end / final is 1 fluid probably a trans fluid and the pump in the torque tube for the hydraulic clutch/and power steering is a seperate area not sharing the same fluids and also there is a cooler up front by the radiator from the hyd pump in torque tube that carrys the fluid that requires cooled . So I checked the rear fluid for the trans /rear end which is on top of the trans and it was really clean on the dip stick , justv a litle less than full so I added trans fluid , how ever the dip stick above the torque tube under the gas tank did not show anything at all . so I want to add fluid to it but I can niot figure out that is stamped into the dip stick ? it does not make sense . here is a picture of the dip stick for the shuttle pump area . I just want to fill it up with hyd fluid to the correct level but for some reason I dont know what this means ? help anyone ? hope you can read it . if not heres what it reads : full for tractor without hydraulic system and its pointing at the full mark on the stick.
