Case 320 backhoe

Does anyone know much about the case 320 backhoe shuttle shift tranny numbers on right side says G1202. The problem im having is going from forward to reverse the shift fork will kick past the shift lever (square rod with hole in the bottom ) is it that i need a new rod or fork or is it out of alignment...i can out it back right way and it will be good for a few but does it again... any help would b greatly appreciated..i would post pics but dont know how ....Thank you

Not quite understanding what is happening,, a bit more info please,, I have seen the pin and or key holding the fork to the shifter cause issues,, of course it could be in the shift rails/dents also the 320 is the same tractor unit as a 300 round nose

The 16881 kicks pass the 16638. The 16881 has a hole drilled in the bottom of it. I didnt know if there should b something there.. and thank you for the pic and the info. I will pull it apart today and look at it again.
