As Jim said turn the Large nut behind the idler yoke.
You will have to cut out a wrench from thick plate (1/2")
Weld your new wrench offset to a 4' piece of pipe.
You won't get very far using a pipe wrench.
One you can't get in there well
and
Two after you round off the flats your done.

Do you see a sleeve with a square or hex on it attached to the idler yoke, it may have a jam nut next to it. You adjust it there by turning the sleeve to push the idler forward, which tightens the track. I think that is the arrangement you will see.
