Roosa Master injection pump

Question about Roosa Master pumps. Is rotation, clockwise or counter clockwise determined when facing front-drive shaft end or facing rear of pump ? When installing the liner-metal ring the spring loaded blades fit into in vane pump on back, the liner is stamped C clockwise on one side and CC counter clockwise on the other side. On a counter clockwise pump, should the CC be facing the front of pump? or flipped over facing rear of pump?

Always viewed from drive end. True the vein liner can go either way, it has to line up with the cover assembly, which has a dowel pin installed in the c, cc position. Al

Thanks for the reply, was cleaning a pump on an old case 580B backhoe and forgot witch way the liner went, Case book says it's a counter clockwise pump, think I read somewhere they were c or cc when facing the front of pump, but it didn't mention that in my manual. Kinda of confusing, thought the cc would face the front, if you you can see it after it's installed it has to face the rear, you saved me a lot of work.
