OK I give up... cant seem to find anyone at dealers or anywhere that has experiance on my 2500A backhoe hydraulics ...and I
see why...case and ford has much easier design...front mounted pumps....feeds the backhoes first and then goes to loader...so
my best thing to do is find a manual for the hydraulics ...anyone know where to find one..did not seem to find it here in the
manual section...so any help would be grateful..

There are several options on eBay. Search International 2500 tractor manuals. It appears IH may have published some that covered A and B series as those are in reproductions. From looking at the previews of the ones Peaceful Creek offers; the backhoe manual might have what you need, if you don't want to buy the whole set.

I had an IH 3444 TLB for which we eventually gathered several manuals. It took a while, and that was getting on towards 30 years ago. Some we ordered/bought new, some dealers gave us. Names associated with IH construction are, I believe, Hough, Dresser, Dressta. If you could be so lucky as to find a dealer who had material left over from former days, there might be a chance.

The 3444 also had two pumps. Apparently the tractor part was very different from yours, although I think the hoe was very much the same. The tractor was just the little British farm tractor which had been imported for some time, dressed up. My hoe was a 3121, I think. Main pump was mounted up front, crankshaft driven. Aux. pump was actually the engine mounted power steering pump, which, through a diverter valve, aided the backhoe operation, particularly the swing.
