omc 1700 skid steer bad vibration

I purchased a 1700 OMC Mustang skid loader with a bad gear box. I rebuilt the gear box and replaced the support bearing but it has a bad vibration. Has anyone dealt with the flex plate on the Ford V4 engine? I believe I would have to pull the motor to get to it. This one has the variable speed pulley, clutch drive set up. Any one know of any other vibration causes common to these skid loaders?
I have a case 3510 case parts machine.

If the variable drive pulley is anything like the Bobcat version, check it for play. If it moves on the shaft at all that's likely where the problem is.

I went through the pulley and its good. The original one was shot.

The pulley is in good shape. Replaced it with donor machine. Has anyone replaced the flywheel flex plate?
