Hey guys I just bought an old td 20 to do some work on a piece of property I have. I m looking to buy a service manual because I m having a small issue with my left steering clutch. I m not 100% positive which series dozer I have. I Believe the serial tag says td 20 200. But the hood and grill look like a 201. It is turboed. I ll post some pictures. Any help is appreciated

Thanks, Greg

The stering cluch adjustement is by the rod at button stering cluch lever and you need 4 inchs free movement at top stering cluch lever and if you can't find a service manual ,have a spair.

Thanks for the info. The starter took a crap yesterday so I
have to get that off and get it rebuilt. Ever since I got it I?ve
had to hold the starter button to keep it running before
switching to diesel. It acts like it?s losing power to the coil if I
let go of the switch. Does anyone have a wiring diagram of
the starting system?

That is what got your starter running it with the engine running, wiring or ignition switch is bad. You need to learn the proper procedure for shutting it down, they were bad to crack the heads on shut down.
