If it has a visible driveshaft you can easily disconnect that or if it's 4wheel drive, both shafts. I'm not totally familiar with thhe 190 but I know they the same Rockwell rear ends as
several other backhoes I have owned. With the driveshaft disconnected there would be no damage to any hydraulic driveline components.
 
I agree with Nodic, disconnect the drive shafts at the axle/s and tie the up,as a matter of interest why are you towing it has the engine failed or something else.
