Cat D6E transmission-torque converter overheating

I am hoping someone may have some advise in troubleshooting an overheating issue that I have not been able to solve. Here is a brief description of what has been done to trouble shoot.
Removed the transmission oil cooler cleaned and reinstalled. The water jackets were not bad at all. Checked the pressures pump pressure at high idle is 380#. Output pressure at high idle stalled in 3rd gear is 42#. Input pressure is 110# at high idle. This is after the torque converter and scavenger pump was replaced. Checked all screens and changed fluids and filters. Radiator was replaced. Adjusted the brakes. Changed the temp gauge.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as I am running out of ideas.
The SN is 2MJ01776
Cat D6E very similar to the D6D
Thank you

You stated that you replaced the Torque Converter and Scavage Pump. Did you purchase used components? Or did you rebuild what you have?
How much oil did you drain out of the Torque Converter when to first removed it?

I bought new aftermarket parts from American Crane. I cannot be sure how much oil was in it when we drained it to change the torque converter as it has been over a month ago. We have done as one person suggested and stalled the converter in 3rd gear at high idle for 30 seconds and drained the oil to check how much was in the housing. 1 gal was what we got out maybe a little less.
I plan on pulling the top cover and looking for leaks tomorrow but and not real sure what I am looking for inside the transmission. I also plan on checking to make sure the parking break is disengaging properly. We adjusted the break bands over a year ago but I plan on checking them again.
Any suggestions would be more than appreciated.

That's very disappointing,I would have checked all those things, you don't leave much room to get anything else in,how is the machine performing,is it pushing and steering normal, what is it been used at,if you got one of those infer red heat guns go around the tranny and torque, cooler lines etc you may find the area that is generating the heat, you will be able to see how efficient the cooling is,bring it up to working temperature and check it,if you saved the oil have a sample tested.
Good luck
AJ
