JD 450C Steering Clutch

Steering clutches not working smoothly, Have adjusted but fear they need Replacing. Does anybody have the shop time estimate for R&R on steering clutch job. Also what would be the parts cost for steering clutch replacement. I know there are variables but would like to know how deep this cost could or would be.?

It takes better part of a day. I cut a section of the rail off that holds the sprocket shield on so I can take the whole final drive out with the forklift and made a couple brackets for it. The first time I did this job I was all in a knot over it and fussed over the plates but after that I simply wire wheel the rust off and put it back together.
Mine was sitting a while again, nearly frozen up and I drive it an hour and its all worked loose again.
