A friend emailed me these pictures of his 900. I used to have pictures of what it first looked like. It was originally a Case 910 in rather poor shape. The owner Joe had sent me pictures of the tractor in progress, then again in primer color. He informed me the tractor had to earn it's paint. Not sure if it actually earned it or if Joe just had to finish the project. I'm glad he decided to finish it. I am sure the the 900 more than earned the paint. Great job Joe.

No spud I had nothing to do with it. I was looking for Case parts and for some reason I called Joe looking for parts. He had a 1957 910 that I was thinking of buying from him and we have been emailing each other ever since. We have maybe only talked a couple of times but are always exchanging pictures and jokes. Please see Joes wife reply below. caseman-d

What, never seen a modified puller. Look at the hood, grill and instrument panel, all 900. Engines and drive train is 900. He's added different wheels, made new fenders, and platform. caseman-d

Hey caseman: Never got the pullin bug. Too busy farmin with them. Didn't see a shot of the instrument panel, or the tell tale back end. What is the tank on the front & why is the engine hid from the sides?

John your just plain wrong! Look at the front screens. Look at the hood. The tractor has been modified with custom plat-form, and a rack style steering ,with a custom axle. I bet it weights 5000lbs.
Have you been to any pulls?

Caseman, I will try to answer their questions, seeings how I helped Joe build this tractor for pulling. The tank on the front is for fuel, the engine is covered on the sides as Joe pulls it in the classic pulls and side sheilds are a requirement. Joe built the platform that he sits in. When u build a pulling tractor for pulling in the classic pulls u do some modifications. The tractor is over 800 cubes. The tractor weighs 5500 lbs. By the way Caseman Joe got a 1st (5500 - 8 mph class) and 2nd (6000 - 8 mph class)in the DuQuoin State Fair pull in Du Quoin, Illinois. Hope this has answered all the questions.

First congradulation to you and Joe for a excellent job on the 900. Also congradulations on a great pull. Sounds like the 900 earned the paint. If I would have know it was going to cause any doubt that it was a 900 I wouldn't have posted this link. Just wanted to show it off for Joe. Sure wished I knew what I did with the before pictures. One last question, do you remember how many cubes the engine is putting out. You don't have to say it here, you could just email me. Thanks for the reply.
