Wide to narrow row tire size

I plant with my 730ck with 18.4x4 tires and my 1030 with 20.8x34 tires. What size tires and rims have been put on to switch over to planting narrow row instead of wide rows???

20.8 tires are a bit wide for 30 rows but work. 18.4 was the go to tire for 30 rows for a long time.

Thanks Jon, If I get a 6 row 30 planter I need to put a narrower rim and tire on my 1030 to get down my planted crop to knife in fertilizer I know alot of people used 18,4x34 but My 20.8x34 are about worn out and I would need to replace them soon. Hoping to only have to replace them once.

Spray with my 930 I bought a couple years ago in 30 rows. Moved the 18.4x34 rears in but put new 6.50 x 16 on the front so I didn't have to try to slide the front axle.

My tire guy says you can put 18.4 tires in those wider rims without issue. I'm thinking about it myself since my tires are also junk and 20.8 tires are so expensive.

I have a tire guy called as I have a flat 20.8x34 to be fixed. I really like the 20.8 x34 on the 1030. I run 18x34 band duals for the wet ground.
