Case 530CK Case-o-matic fill

Hi, this is a 1964 530CK diesel
I found the dip stick hidden under dash on right side. (photo 1)
- just would like to know where the fill point is I did notice the big nut on right side is this COM fill point (photo 2)
- is Dexron 3 the correct oil
manual points to front grill location where the filter is (photo 3) this does not seem correct,

That is a filter in the canister up front, 4 capscrews on the top. Fill should be to the upper left of the shift stick under a
breather cap that unscrews.
