What should the hydraulic pressure read at the outlets on a 5140maxxum?

Tractordata says 2756psi for the advertised rating. TD is not always rock solid info.

Thanks. Its only putting out 500psi. This is a neighbors tractor. He said that the loader quit operating suddenly. I told him to change the filter and pray its that simple!

Is the 500 PSI the standby pressure of the closed center system?

I hope it is something as simple as the filter or a valve, and not the pump itself. The pumps I was told are internal and are big job to get at and are specifically used in that series of tractors. CaseIH has pretty much forgotten they ever built them when it comes to parts like this.
