Case 530CK Tachometer Repair

Question for you all here. I am new to tractor ownership and just 2 months ago bought a Case 530CK(S/N: 8261367) with a front end loader. One of the issue with the tractor was the non-working Tachometer and Speedometer. Just this past weekend I decided to finally take a look at what was going on because I would really like to have a working tach. Upon inspection I found that the tachometer drive cable was twisted off likely due to the fact that the input on the back of the gauge was seized. I removed the dashboard and pulled the tachometer unit and managed to get the input freed up. The issue is that I also found that the drive shaft that connects the drag cup to the tachometer needle is snapped off, so it still won't turn the needle. This who story brings me to my question, does anyone know where I can get parts to try rebuilding this gauge or know of anyone who rebuilds these gauges? I did a fair amount of searching on the internet, and did determine that this is a Stewart Warner instrument cluster with a drag cup tachometer. But the only mention of people who restore the gauges was over ten years old and I have yet to find anywhere that sells the gauge its self or parts for it. Thanks for any help.

I understand the desire to fix the original but if all else fails you could probably rig up a stand alone Tach

My 320 skip had dash problems, I built a custom dash out of tin and mounted a reverse sweep tach (they're like $30) and then some digital gauges (oil, water temp, something else). I think that rebuilds are pretty expensive for a daily use unit.
