I hooked up to the manure spreader and hit the lever to raise the endgate and....nothing. No pressure, lines weren't jerking even a little, and no whine from the pump.
The steering, pto, powershift, and three point arms all work.
It looks like there's enough oil in the transmission, but the sight glasses are murky. It's an older, tan model. I've heard you can use the engine dipstick to measure the hydraulic fluid - a couple inches above the full mark is full hydraulic fluid, correct? But if everything else works, it's probably not low on fluid.
The tractor is new to me, and I've never owned a Case before. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
