930 tractor carburetor cut off

Hi neighbors have a 930 that they need the carburetor cut off, part #A33219, or is there an option out there to buy a different carb without the cut off on it thanks joe 815-481-1411

OPV, I believe he is referring to the electric solenoid with a plunger that seals off the main discharge jet when the switch is turned off. its purpose is to stop the engines from dieseling and not shutting off smoothly. If the main high speed adjustment is not set by a screw in the end, many times they can simply be disabled by removing a spring which shoves the plunger up and just leaving it in place as a plug.

Gotcha, thanks. I didn't realize that emission control stuff from that era had crossed over the ag
carbs. It really shouldn't diesel unless it's way lean and way hot. My 2 bits

Good day JOE-ILLINOIS

I recently acquired a Cas 930 6 speed Gasoline Engine...

Pics are from the Manual that came with the Tracor...

The component you are interested in was removed from the Carb years ago...

Tractor runs, operates, and pulls fantastic......
