Gonna be a long and probably rather confusing post, but here goes.. So a while back I posted about my 830 CK with a factory bucket (70 series) gas tractor. The tilt on the bucket (coming toward me) was squealing and moving rather slow everything else worked fine. Several suggested changing couplers so I did change both on that circuit (male and female) ends. No change. So I just sort of delt with it. Thinking it was something up at the bucket.. Today I needed the haybine and I always use that circuit,.. hooked it up and it would lift but not lower. So I did some switching of couples around and got the haybine to lift and lower using the bucket raise circuit. But now of course the bucket raise squeals and moves slow due to it being on the "bad circuit) .. Flash back to about a year ago I blew the bottom right hose (looking from the rear) coming out of the pump (what im calling the pump) (4 hoses under the seat going to the remote couplers). Put a new hose on and nothing in that circuit would work. I ended up switching them at the pump, top for bottom, on both sides and it worked .. levers switched, which was annoying but it worked. Talked to a few guys and suggested maybe there was a "steel ball" in that port of the pump. I went to case and looked at an expanded view and sure enough there was suppose to be one. Maybe I lost it, not sure. Bought a new one and put it in along with the taped spring and it worked for a while now for the last month or so it's been giving me troubles. I looked at the spring and ball in that port today and both, the ball and the spring look sort of roughed up.. not bad, but looks like something weird is going on. Sorry for the book but not sure what to look at next? any help would be appreciated.
