930 Comfort King Fuel Delivery Problem.

Hey guys, I am currently working on my case 930 that had been sitting for a few years with some bad fuel. I drained all of it out and currently have clean fuel in all 3 filters and I do know fuel is getting to pump. My problem is that no matter what I do, I cant get fuel to injectors. I do have a 12v pump to prime system that has worked great in the past. Just seeing if anyone can point me in the right direction. Im assuming something is clogged or stuck in pump not allowing fuel to pass through to injectors but not sure. Thanks for any help in advance.

First, remove the round cap at the pump front, has two flats on it for a 19 MM wrench. The control rack is under that cap,and MUST move freely for pump/governor to
work properly. Old stale fuel will cause one or more plungers to stick which keeps the rack from moving. DO NOT beat on the rack, as that MIGHT break rack and/or
plunger gear segment teeth. If the rack won't move forward/backward with the throttle lever, pump will need removed for any attempt of freeing up stuck plungers.
