30 series water in hydraulic oil remedies??

I have a 930 comfort king
And a 830 comfort king
And a 830 eagle hitch
I have tried keeping them inside as much as possible every year I drain the hydraulic oil let it drip a day or 2 put new hytran in and then if they get rained or I Crack the lowest plug and let them drip awhile.
last year I added Lucas treatment and 2.5 gallons of dextron 3 atf still got milky on me.
This year I have siliconed around the shifters added intertubes around the shifters.
Is there anything else I should do?
Thanks in advance I really like coming on here and getting real answers.

I put new shifter boots on if they are worn
and loose. Also, I never let a tractor set
outside unless it is covered with a tarp.
CK tractors are hard to tarp but enough
plastic twine will keep a tarp in place
even in the strongest wind. Some of your
water could be condensation if you live in
a higher humidity area.

Make sure your shift lever boots are new
or good shape.I have a 730ck that was
bought new and we need to keep the backend
covered with a tarp if it sits outside.I
still drain a little water out twice a
year out of bottom plug.If your tractor
sits alot it will draw condensation in the
tras.

I have a similar problem. The problem I have is the shifter boots keep rotting out. Or there super tight and split when I put them on. The last one I installed I boiled
in my kettle for about an hour. it helped but it made the boot softer
