Case 530, hoping someone can point me in the right direc

Picked up an old case 530 construction king that had been setting for over 10 years, missing parts and some wiring. Picked up the operation, service and parts manuals and was able to completely rewire the tractor and get it running. The problem now is that I can't get any of the gears to turn or the tractor to move. The hydraulics work so I'm able to pull it around with the backhoe but it'd be nice to be able to drive it. I've tried shifting into low/hi, forward/reverse and all the gears...nothing. Would anyone be able to give me some direction? Any help/suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks Ben. According to the manual, the models that have a torque converter; have a lever on the right side of the steering wheel. Mine doesn't have this or it's missing. Is there another way I can easily check?

Tractors with COM (torque converter) have a clutch pedal like this to operate a valve.

Tractors with standard dry clutch have a clutch pedal like this and linkage that runs up to and into the bell housing to operate the clutch.

If you have a dry clutch tractor check the clutch linkage adjustment, not likely the problem but you have to start somewhere.

If you have the dry clutch and not the torque converter
does the pedal have good resistance when you push it
down? If not the clutch itself inside the housing could
be stuck in the released position. Not sure if you have
any access plate to see what the clutch fingers and
throw out bearing are doing in there. Per an online
parts diagram it looks like there might be a 2 bolt plate
on the left side of the housing near the clutch pedal to
look into the clutch area. If everything was good clutch
wise when you turn the engine over with the starter
you should see some gears turning in the front cavity
of the two you have the cover off of. If your tractor has
a safety switch that will not work out because the
clutch has to be up to do this check. on the clutch you
could just start the tractor briefly and watch the gears.
You should have some cardboard cut to hold over the
opening. Otherwise it may throw oil all over.

Thanks Joe and Used Red for the information and direction. Sorry it's been awhile, being off-grid in Alaska, other projects always pop up. I was able to look at the clutch and inside the peep hole. Looks like the clutch linkage has been modified.

I re-adjusted the clutch for 1" of travel because that's what my manual stated, before adjustment it was a good 4-5" of travel.

When the tractor is running; I'm able to see the clutch spinning and when I press the down on the clutch I do see about 3/4"-1" of travel.

Drained the gear oil and none of the top/bottom rows of gears turn while the clutch is engaged/dis-engaged.

Does this mean the clutch is fried and needs to be replaced?
