Bosch APE4 inline pump problem

Have a APE that #4 is over fueling. Tractor was running fine but sat for 4 years. For some reason getting too much fuel to injector. If crack injector line runs smooth. Any ideas?

How do you KNOW it's over fueling? Those settings don't change on their own unless it's had the side cover off for a Bubba fix attempt. Might also be an injector
stuck open.

Swapped out injector. No change. With running black smoke until back line off and runs smooth but of course leaks.
