What oil should I use for the
hydraulics? It seems I read somewhere to use 15W-40 engine oil. I had the system drained for some repairs, and I do not know any history on this machine as I recently got it. Also what is the oil capacity? And any tips to bleed the air out of the system?

Yes, it does use motor oil in the hydraulics. Fill the reservoir 5" to 6" from the top of the reservoir fill hole. 15-40 Rotella will work for summer and winter.
