A favorite child

Whether we admit it or not, we all have a favorite child (sometimes, we might treat them differently). I really, really like the 400. But the DC runs and pulls so friggin' good it always finds a way back into my heart.

I still have a warm spot in my heart for DC's. My dad bought a 1950 DC when it was only 4 years old. I think he paid $1000.00 for it. I game along four years after he bought the DC. I had 3 different DC's at one time. A 50, 52, and 53.

If they only would have put another gear in the late model DC and 1/2 more stroke on the 400. But then they'd be tied again. LOL Don
