430 rear end issues

looking at a 430 regular 4 speed no dual/triple no live pto, runs in all gears, has part to ingauge both whells same time, issue is tractor does't want to roll easy when clutch is depressed,seems like brakes maybe on,any ideas?

Grease the clutch and brake pedals along with the brake shaft. Make sure when you push the clutch in it is not taking the brakes with it.
This is common on the 300 through 630 tractors

Thank you, forgot to say 3 point does not fuction good or at all, was there very many just 4 speeds produced?
