Case 730 Hydrolics slow

Hey everyone, I just inherited an old case 730, its been sitting for at least 10 years. I got it up and running but have some questions about the hydraulics on this thing. Its got a case 70 series loader on it that works now that I replaced the hoses. This is an eagle hitch 730. My issue is the loader is pretty slow, and Im not sure how to turn the speed up on this pump. Is there an adjustment anywhere? Also what is with these fittings coming out of the pump housing? Two of them leak and they are some kind of weird fitting with a copper washer, I cant find anywhere. Called the case dealer and even they couldnt find anything. Is there any known conversion for these that will match the threads and be more common and easily replaced? Also the engagement arms on the top of the pump are stripped on the spline but I have a spare pump off a case 400 that looks identical and is in good shape. Would that be a working swap or is that a much different pump? I attached a couple pictures of the rear.

No way to speed the pump up. At 60 years old, she's probably wore bad. The 400 pump is the same. The body thread for the fittings is 1-1/6 X
fine thread. Don't know the thread count. New adapters available from CASE @ $250.00 each. We keep 1 in stock.

Oh ok, 250 for a fitting??? Wow I was hoping there would be another option to convert it to.

one on each side can be brazed or welded fast to itself, thus removing the swivel action, but only 1 on a side.
