VAC part #VTA-477 needed!

Some time ago I purchased an adj. WFE on a pallet in pieces for my VAC. Over the years as a prolonged restoration project I tried to put it on one of the VAC's I have. I have found that the arm that comes from the front post for the long arm from the steering box to connect to, is missing. This is not the "chicken roost" style front end. This is the wfe that is the I-beam style with holes for adjusting width. This is no longer available new and no salvage yard wants to trash a front end by removing that arm. It has held up my project for years. I could have a shop make one or weld/fab on one for a narrow front. But if anyone had a new or used "upper arm" VTA-477 I would be interested.

That will be like looking for the needle. I do not know exactly what the part looks like, and what machining would be necessary, but when I am in your position I go looking for the needed part that I can borrow, and use it for a pattern to have it casted. When casting the part all holes need to be plugged, and all the machined surfaces need to be machined for a proper fit. May be your only option.

Are you talking about the arm under the radiator? The arm from a narrow front tractor is different? Have to look at mine to see if numbers match.
