will a 1070 engine bolt to a 2290 rear end ??

Hello I have a chance to buy a 2290 with anti freeze in the oil pan ( could be a easy or hard and expensive fix ) I have a 1070 with a good motor powershift lost 2nd,and 3rd I have been told that to rebuild would exceed the value of the tractor, would a 1070 engine bolt to a 2290 I know they are different cubes but are they the same bolt pattern .. Yes. You will loose some horse power. You can put the turbo set up from the 2290 on the 1070 engine. You should be able to get close to stock 2290 horse power by turning the smoke screw in a little
