1470 brake pads

brakes not releasing on 1470 after instaling new brake pads on caiipers and bleeding out air any ideas

seals in calipers seals swelled and pistons sticking,, is my first guess,, can be in the master cylinder but seldom see that,, easy way to check and isolate is loosen bleed screw and if fluid comes out under pressure and the pads release its master cylinder,

thanks for info will try tommorow put all new seals in from caseih pads from Don new aftermarket master cylinder
