Case 580C hydraulic oil canister replacement

Well, I was attempting to change the filter today and ended up puncturing the hydraulic filter canister. :-(

I'm having some trouble finding the correct replacement canister and thinking that perhaps converting to a spin-on filter might be easier. Any suggestions?

If the filter is on the pressure side of the circuit there is no spin on that will hold the pressure. Most of the time when they
have the heavy steel canister that is the case.

I was wondering about that. Any idea where I can get a replacement canister?

I found it! Posting here in case anyone else has the same issue later.

The original manufacturer is Marvel Engineering in Addison, IL. They're still in business and have a website. The canister is from their Marveline TT-II, series 321000.
