Just bought a Model L, serial number L311295. Tag is on the front casting. If I`m deciphering right, it`s a 1929??

yes it is a 1929. 29 was the only year they put the serial plate on the front. i have a 1929.

That is a classic looking Case. Right from the lettering on the radiator on back, she looks like she is all business and in good shape. Spoke wheels and the gray and red are a perfect compliment. May you enjoy
her for many years!

Serial nr 311295. 1st & 4th digit minus 3 = model year. 32 - 3 = 29 = 1929
