Help identifying this case dozer

If you're new to YT, then you have to post at least 5 times before the site will let you post pictures. You can post on the "test" forum until the pictures show up, then come back here and post the pictures.

Tom, I provided the guy with a link to find the correct parts breakdown so he can progress on the machine, find out whether it is early or later, and maybe help in finding parts.

You didn't provide anything other than the crawler ID and lit pics, I simply expanded on that. If that hurts your feelings then so be it. I don't have your extensive tractor & machinery knowledge but I am not a notice either.

(quoted from post at 05:55:15 09/11/20) Need some help identifying this old dozer.

Tom and Joe,
You both have been a great help. Thank you! Sadly I'm only in the area to help my buddy with this cool old tractor long enough for one day to mess with it! With your information I was able to get him going down the right track in getting her running. It was exciting for me to be able to put my hands on a little piece of history! Thanks guys.

my feelings?? no Joe you did not hurt my feelings,, I obviously cant read what people want,, you feel free to add all the things needed here it helps a lot,, I answer hundreds of questions a week,, not just here and on fb so I have plenty to do without doing it here too,, from the way it sounds I took something wrong on this post and for that I am sorry,, never once said you were a "notice" I think you mean novice which i know you are not ,, and if it sounded that way again sorry,,

No sweat Tom, we all get short tempered and sometimes snap back when we are overworked as you obviously often are. I along with practically everyone here appreciate your extensive knowledge and readiness to share.
