Finally finished the 1070 a couple days ago. About 7 years
since I started so this is exciting to have it ready to use again.
Next spring we will proudly use it for some tillage.

That looks awesome. Great job. If you don't mind me asking, where did you get the decals? Maple hunter?

Beautiful tractor there Rod. Can’t wait to see it doing some tillage. Thank you for sharing the pics sir. Kow Farmer Kurt

Really Sweet Rod!! Why do you suppose CASE never took into consideration those draft arms flopping around back there? Even catching the tires if they aren't secured.

there was a chain with a special hooks to hold them in place while not in use with every tractor new,, I installed them on every one I per-delivered,

Rod, that looks too nice to work in the field but i guess it will always clean up.Looks sooo nice as is typical of all of your great work, Gary.

I enjoy running these tractors, yes that means it will get dirty. Around here they get filthy just setting in the shed, so what the heck I will enjoy it and then clean it, Rod.

John, as Tom mentioned all new tractors came with a chain in the tool box, I do not know what the guys used them for, but they all grew legs and walked away, LOL.It has been years since I last seen one. Rod.

OK I am NOT a artist as far as drawing,, but here is something to give you a idea,, the spring is just to keep the slack out and allows adjustment for CAT I/II/III hitches,, the end coil will turn and fit through the hitch arm balls,, then you turn them so the tangs catch on the other side holding it, I think I still have one some where, last new one I installed was on the 1370 we got new,, hmmm I wonder if its still int he tool bax i have from that tractor,Hmmmm
