New CNH parts site

Ok so I've seen several comments on the new CNH parts site on here recently and have to say that personally I agree with most everything, its a horrible website and the removal of obsolete part numbers is one of the DUMBEST ideas i've ever seen from a customer service point of view. I just got done writing an Email to the north american customer service about my feelings on the subject. To all my fellow case brothers out there I suggest that you do the same, it probably won't do any good but it did make me feel a little better that at least I let them know what I thought. If any body needs the email address its [email protected]

I also sent an email to CNH a couple weeks ago. To my surprise, I got a favorable response a couple days ago. They are considering adding the NLA part numbers back in. I'm guessing they have been flooded with dissatisfied long time JICase and IH customers.

In the meantime or if Caseih does not revert to listing the obsolete part numbers, you can find the original Case parts breakdown view and part numbers at the 1st link below. I've been using this site for a year or so mainly as "where used" when I have a p/n but don't know what model tractor or where on a tractor it is used. If you have a Case p/n, enter it in the search box in the upper right corner will give you a list of tractors the part is used. From that list pick the model tractor you want to look at the Case parts view index and click on the parts catalog link.

From the 1st link page you can find most Case models built 1960 and later but the site is convoluted, not navigation friendly b/c there are many different besides Case. You will eventually wind up with a list of tractor models "Under 100 HP" and of tractors "Over 100 HP" and find the model you are looking for within. I've listed those 2 links below for AG and some utility tractors. There is probably another list of construction tractors that I haven't tried to find.

I haven't found a list of Pre 1960 tractor models but have found 400, VA, 300, 300B & many x00B models so I think they are all there same as Caseih site.
