yellow 2470

I saw a yellow 2470 today. It was not a 1470 or a 1200. That is a 1st for me. What year could that be ??? 70 to 73???

We got in the first 2470 in fall 1971, we had had that one on order for months,, they were Desert Sunset and Power Red until Jan 1974 production when Power White/Power Red was new colors,, the one we got in fall 1971 serial ed as a 1972 model,, many may not know that 4whl steer was std on them but there was a 4whl steer delete option as well,, I have seen a few for sale but never one in person,, 2670/2870 always had 4whl steer

My neighbor a couple miles down the road still has a yellow 2470 with the front wheel steering only. I know there were very few made that way.
Our first 2470 was yellow and red and came in about 1973 if I remember correctly. Didn't have it too long and traded for a white 2470 and then 2670. Went to Versatiles from there.
