885 Injection

Got a new to me 1971 885. According to the serial # it was one of the first 90 built. Only 3020 hours. Previous owner parked it for the winter and it wouldn't start in the spring. I did new fuel, filters and bled system (filter housing and both bleeders on the injection pump), but I can't get fuel out of the pump, apparently the original problem. There is no fuel leaving the pump at all. I disconnected the kill cable and moved lever by hand. It feels like it is attached to something inside the pump. Where to next?

If it had any traces of water in the fuel, or bio diesel there's a good chance the metering valve and/or rotor plungers are stuck from setting. I repair a few pumps each month with stuck internal parts due to rust/bio fuel.
