Used the 400 combine and 930 to cut the backswath before swathing oats. Oats need to lay in a swath to dry before combining to reduce the moisture in the seed.

Really nice looking oats!! For some reason, we can't grow oats here anymore. If I plant oats, rest assured it will be the driest Summer on record. Everything in this area is direct combined.

Has been dry as heck here this year. Like my Grandpa use to say "raised a crop on 2 dews". Were better last year but will take what we get.
