"Mr. Haney" has a vac that the hood, side panels and fenders are painted faded yellow. Was any vac's painted this way from factory? Said he thought it was a 1951. Plan to look at it Monday.

Not factory! First 2 tone with the "desert sunset" was the Racine 400. Some dealers repainted existing new stock letter series to move inventory, just as was later done with early 70 series ( yellow to white) and 94 & 96 tractors (white to red) after the merger.
