DB CASE 1210 Hyd issues

Some time ago after reworking pins etc on my loader, rookie mistake and hooked hyd in and out backwards to loader valve!!! It
never worked 100% there after - while lifting heavy black dirt on a driveway job it kept loosing lift power till now it hardly
lifts it's self empty. Bought a new valve (yup prior to posting here) - made NO difference..... Now wondering if my supply
system is failing (photos of set up attached) - lost as to what next!! loosened fittings on main lift cylinders and there not
leaking past pistons at all.

Do the other hydraulics on the tractor work okay? Is your pressure reading acceptable? Is there any additional filtering beyond the sump filter?

The three point systems seems fine - will lift offset disc (10 footer) with its single cylinder ok, there is a canister filter on
rear of tractor as well as the sump filter. Odd as I can hear the bucket function go over relief when taken to extreme end of
stroke, but the loader lift cylinders I do not get that at all and extremely slow. There are no reliefs in the loaders cross valve
itself - something else I am not familiar with.

Being plumbed through the power beyond block like it is, if the remotes work, the loader should have good pressure too. I would suspect a loader cylinder needs rebuilt and are leaking internally.

I would assume it works better if you rev the engine. Does the bucket move as normal?

In removing a line and taking a good look at my oil, I am sure I have collapsed the sump filter and contaminated the oil as well as restricted flow - new filters ordered, will drain lines, tank and cylinders and get some new oil back in the ole girl.

I had removed lines on lift cylinders and had no flow through
the piston thus believe them to be good yet. Yes the bucket
curl seems to work as should. As noted earlier though my oil
has some serious issue in drawing some out into a clear
container to evaluate. Not sure it has the capacity to operate
as should to lift that kind of weight?

Post some pictures of the loader valve, there is normally a relief valve in them, and some have load checks as well.was this valve the one that was hooked up backwards?if I understand what you have stated, your problems began with the changing of valves?

While I thought the valve would cure the issue it did not.
These Cross valves do not have a relief in them but do have
two load checks. Bought the same valve as was on the unit
for a replacement.
