1470 Steering cylinder seal kit

Anyone know of an aftermarket seal repair kit for the front steering cylinder for 1470 TK? Also what is the hose that goes from the muffler to the air cleaner for? Is it necessary?

any hyd shop will have or can order the seals,, the hose sounds like a aftermarket dust remover has been added on the intake pipe,, if you want it to remove 90% or so of the dirt before it gets to the air cleaner filter it does need hooked up a 1470 did not come factory with it just a pre-cleaner dust cup
