What could be the cause?

FINALLY!!! After almost two years of working on it, I have my Case SC back together and almost running. I've been able to get it to start but after a few seconds (as seen in the video posted) it shuts off. I have cleaned out the fuel line and carburetor. I'm not sure what else could be causing it to shut off after a short time. Maybe someone out there can hear what the issue is listening to the 5 second video.
Thank you for any and all input/advice in advance. Gene

I hope the video works.

Video file is too big to post here. I have it posted to my Twitter page @gpnicklay. If you're able to view it leave a comment there or here on the forum.

Pull the drain plug on the bottom of the carb. Catch the fuel in a container for a minute. If the flow slows, then you have a fuel restriction. My guess either the float isn't right or the needle isn't opening all the way. Probably not pulling a vacuum on the tank as it doesn't run long enough.

You have a fuel problem

Make sure your tank and fuel line is clear.

Then check out the carb. It doesn’t take much to plug them up

My Farmall M did a very similar thing when I first got it running. Someone I know thought that it was a carb problem so I cleaned the carb again and somehow forgot to put the idle adjusting screw back in the carb . The tractor started up and ran and I was finally able to drive it out of where it had sat for a decade. Several cans of carb cleaner later the idle adjusting screw is back in the carb and it starts up and runs great.
