new to me 541 tractor

I just bought this yesterday and will pick up today, very clean straight sheet metal, missing the left gas tank cover and the eagle in the grill, screens are there but bent some, very good rear rubber with I guess the eagle hitch and drawbar, engine is stuck, has been sitting in a lean to, took a plug out and was running rich but no rust or moisture, gas is very old and smells rotton , oil looks new and full of antifreeze. I will get it home and set to soaking the cyl with atf and diesel mix and see if I cant get it loose, are these typically good hp tractors for their size? I have to be honest and haven't had much exp or luck with case tractors I have bought in the past, thanks for any insights on this, have a great weekend

tractor is home, the history is im probably the 3rd owner since new, previous owner bought it in 77 so that doesn't leave to many yrs unknown since new, number 2 and 3 cyl are the worst shape of the 4 but soaking now, going through the toolbox I found the centerpiece for the steering wheel with the eagle and globe on it, tractor has remote hyd separate from the 3pt and has a foot accelerator by the looks of it right by the brake pedals, says its a triple range on the decals on the side of the hood, hopefully it will come loose after soaking but if not I guess I will pull the head and go from there, this being a row crop can ui just locate a wide front from another rowcrop and bolt it on? any input is helpful, thanks
