I finished planting Barley and spring wheat for grain and hay some three weeks ago I guess now,, I still have a few acres of millet to plant yet also, I was able to get a couple fields planted yesterday back to hay ground with a barley cover crop mixed in. Thought some might want to see a few shots of the operation,, I had dug out my T510GM from storage and used it for the first time mixing the three seeds types together alfalfa, crested wheat grass and barley. The T510 had not been used since 1970 when the original owner we sold it new to had broken the main mill drive clutch after grinding only 12 loads of barley to feed his pigs and then never fixed it as he bought another ranch over the mountain and left the one here to just sit. I did fix every thing he had broken but will have to take the unloading auger system off as he must have left feed in it with salt or minerals that was corrosive and took out a bearing just above the gear box that drives the unloading augers, once that is done she will be back to 100%.
