Ok so the problem I am having is when I go any shift the levers it will work for a second then shut off once it gets to the end of travel. I have tore it a part a few times followed the book on this every time not sure what it is.

Mater, does it move a cylinder, the system is designed to release the lever at the end of a cylinder stroke, that is normal, with no hoses plugged in it will cancel immediately, if the lever stayed engaged whenever the tractor was running, oil would overheat and possibly damage a very expensive pump, if the cylinder is hooked up and the lever pops back without the cylinder moving i would suspect a faulty or not completely plugged in coupler. If I do not understand what you are referring to please post back.

does it kick out at idle, what happens on the flow meter when you go above 1/2 throttle, will the levers stay latched at pressures under 1500 and lets say 1500 rpm? when your main relief gets to its set point the levers are going to kick out as they use oil going over relief to lift the lock plungers. under what running circumstances will they stay locked? describe what happens when the flow meter is loaded down and at what pressure does the lever unlatch?
