Duals Size question?

My Case 1030 has 18.4 x 34 Rear Tires, I have a Farmer about 2 hours away from me that wants to sell me a pair of 15 x 34 Duals for $50.00 will they be the same size or quite a bit different in size?

I just don't want to waste all of that time to find out they won't help me for what I am looking for in an 18.4 x 34 Set of Duals.

Thanks
Jeff

I believe the old 15 is now called 18.4
Always bring tape measure just in case to measure height and offset of the duals for tire spacing.

Jeff They are not as tall of tire. The dual rim may be the same size (would have to measure)they would clamp right on.On my 1030 I have 20.4x34 tires and I snap my 18x4x34 duals on and they help if I hit a low spot.

I have ran several configurations differently, like one size less on the outside as the inner over the years. I actually prefer it. like a 20.8r38 drive with a 18.4r38 dual, or a 18.4r38 drive with a 16.9r38 dual, It does as well as a pair of matched tires but puts less stress out on the outer axle, as well as helps with turning. Now, more than one size I don't know I have eve done that. Like going to a 12.6r38mated to a 18.4r38 might be totally worthless. But for me running it, I like having a smaller tire on the dual than on the drive. It still digs and still floats, and for loader work, still stable but turns better.
