Looking to purchase a 1930 case trycyle front end tractor. The front is broken and looking for that piece. don't know the model of it yet as I haven't gotten it home yet? Just doing some inquirements? Thnks

Well, it does have a flathead but don't know the make?? It does look something like the one pic u sent only single frontend. It looks like its all there and in pretty good shape except for the front end?? Any idea what the normal price on something like this would be??

OK. its a 1935 case RC with a Waukesha 132.7 engine. Looking for a single wheel frontend. Did get the engine to turn over and 1 ,2 , and 4 have no compression so I know what I have to do?? Those pans are some heavy son-of-a- guns!!! Rebuilt a 1923 Fordson F so been there done that!! I did find the parts for the case engine thos so happy about that. later

If that Waukesha engine is a flathead you may have some valves stuck open.
Years ago (1964??) I was diving a Checker Cab for the local taxi service. The ones I drove had a flathead Continental (sp) engine in them and occaisionally coming back from the air base (Sheppard AFB) I could get a valve to stick open. The mechanics would just pull a spark plug and reach in with a pry tool to free it up. You might see if yours can be reached from the spark plug hole.

Ok, did find the exhaust valves on the 3 cylinders stuck and are now freed up except that no. 2 exhaust lifter has the set nut gone and looks like it broke off,looks like a top tear down which I don't mind but to repair the set nut problem without taking the valve section off that front side which doesn't look like much of a task?? Still needing the front bottom wheel assembly tho if anyone might have of one or know of someone who might? Thnks
